Boyo Center Services is a for-profit organization authorized to do business in Massachusetts. We were founded in 2023 and are based in Randolph, Massachusetts. BCS is a resource business center that primarily serves the South Shore region. The business wants to establish a strong reputation as the most convenient option for clients looking for efficient answers to their difficulties.

Peggy Montlouis MPH, MBA (she/her/hers)

Peggy Montlouis is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Boyo Center Services, LLC and Boyo Boutik LLC. Peggy has extensive experience in the healthcare field and brings close to a decade of experience volunteering and working for local government in Randolph, Massachusetts.

Peggy works as the Community Health Educator for the Town of Randolph and currently serves as the Chair for the Randolph Council on Aging. In 2021, after eight years working and serving the Town of Randolph, she earned multiple awards including the Henry Milorin Community Service Award for “Appreciation of outstanding service to the community of Randolph”, and a citation from the Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker in recognition of her outstanding efforts to empower our most vulnerable residents to make the Commonwealth a better place. In 2022, a community Service award plaque was presented to her by Soley Leve Adult Day Care for contributing to the health and wellness of the seniors. In 2024, the Citizen Award of the Year from the Grand Lodge Order of Elks (Randolph Elks Lodge #2130) for her outstanding service and contribution to improving the Randolph community.

Peggy holds a Master in Public Health with a concentration in Health Equity & Social Justice from Simmons University, a Master in Business Administration with a specialty in Healthcare Management from Suffolk University, and a Bachelor in Business Management from Cambridge College. Peggy enjoys assisting others in overcoming obstacles and finding answers. Her objective in starting her second business, Boyo Center Services, is to identify solutions and assist clients in achieving their goals of living healthy lives.
